With live-in care, you’ll receive personal care and assistance while remaining in your home and community, allowing you to keep your existing lifestyle and routines.
Our nurse managers will create a plan customized to your needs and will oversee your care, visiting your home no less than once every two weeks. Your caregiver will remain in your home 24-hours a day to assist with your personal hygiene, oversee medication administration, maintain a clean and tidy household, plan meals, purchase groceries and prepare nutritious meals based on your preferences.
Our kind caregivers will engage you in suitable physical and mental activities to maximize your health potential. They can accompany you to appointments and errands allowing for safe transportation and social interaction. (Live-in caregivers can drive their clients with a suitable consent on file.) Your caregiver will maintain a record of your health status, and promptly alert family members to any issues as they develop. Your home environment must include a separate sleeping area for the caregiver.
